Important Notes

• Each accepted paper has to be registered by at least one author at the regular rate not later than May 23, 2026.

• No paper will be presented at the conference or included in the proceedings without full registration.

• In case of multiple accepted papers by the same  author, the first regular-rate registration covers the first paper, and the remaining papers can be covered by the student-rate registration.

• Both regular and student registrations include admission to all conference technical sessions. In addition, onsite registered participants will receive a set of coupons for lunch, welcome conference gifts and banquet. 

• The conference registration fees will not be refunded in case of cancellation.

• If someone registers as a student participant, s/he must provide a reasonable certificate from his/her institution.
